Claire Jane wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please return it to me within 30 days for an exchange or store credit, subject to the following terms*:
There is 15% restocking fee for exchanging shirts, tanks & hoodies. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, and with original tags in place.
For store credit, contact Claire Jane regarding your intent to return your merchandise. You will need to provide your original invoice to the address she provides.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Important Return Information
Store credit will be issued on any unused merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice for the original payment**.
Responsibility for Receipt of Return Items
Claire Jane cannot be held responsible for packages mailed to her. For this reason, I suggest using a traceable or insured method of delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your parcel for your order to be returned or exchanged. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Important Exchange Information
For exchanges, it is suggested that you first notify Claire Jane of your intent to exchange a product, then place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase**. As so many of my items are unique, limited print, and limited edition, this is the only way I can be sure that the product you want to exchange your original purchase for is in stock and available for the exchange.
Once the original purchase has been received and considered in new condition your exchange will be processed.
Warranty on Feathered Handbags
All feather handbags are guaranteed not to come apart under normal wear and tear for at least one year, or the product may be shipped back (at the consumers cost) for repairs during that time. After such time, repairs will be made at the cost of the consumer. It is suggested that you contact Claire Jane directly should you need repairs to your custom feathered handbag.
All items shipped internationally (outside of the U.S.) will be considered final sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges. It is not the responsibility of ICJUK to replace, repair, or accept returns for goods shipped outside of the United States.
Due to limited stock and availability any item listed as a ‘sale’ item is considered a final purchase. For this reason your purchase of an ICJUK sale item is non-refundable, ineligible for return, exchange or replacement for any reason.
