I am always very pleased with the quality of the products that I have ordered. I have had so many compliments on my shirts and jewelry. People ask where I got them and I am quick to tell them how they can order their own!

For the first time I needed to make a return, not because I didn’t like the shirt that I ordered, or that there was anything wrong with it at all. I had misunderstood the sizing and needed to get a different shirt that would accommodate my size needs. I contacted customer service and received a reply from Claire Jane very quickly. She said to return the item to the studio address and she would make the exchange for me. I was so pleased to hear from her directly and her kindness and the ease of making the exchange. I should be receiving the replacement shirt any day now…I bet it will be tomorrow! I have always been very happy with everything I’ve ordered and have placed several orders in fact. I’m always looking to see what she has created that is new and have to figure out when I can get one for myself! I LOVE ICJUK!!

The items I have from ICJUK are really top quality and instantly became favourites of my wardrobe/accessories. I wear the scarf most days, as it hangs beautifully and goes with most of my outfits. The Kinky Cow bag is a triumph. Amazing detail in the lining. Totally hardwearing, even for the demands of work and weekend days out with 3 kids and all that they entail. Plus it’s utterly unique and a talking point. It’s so well made, that I end up keeping all manner of things in it and it stands up to being heavily filled. I cannot recommend ICJUK products highly enough. Such amazing and unique design and styling with absolutely no sacrifice on function. Fabulous items.
