I am always very pleased with the quality of the products that I have ordered. I have had so many compliments on my shirts and jewelry. People ask where I got them and I am quick to tell them how they can order their own! For the first time I needed to make a return, not because I didn't like the shirt that I ordered, or that there was anything wrong with it at all. I had misunderstood the sizing and needed to get a different shirt that would accommodate my size needs. I contacted customer service and received a reply from Claire Jane very quickly. She said to return the item to the studio address and she would make the exchange for me. I was so pleased to hear from her directly and her kindness and the ease of making the exchange. I should be receiving the replacement shirt any day now...I bet it will be tomorrow! I have always been very happy with everything I've ordered and have placed several orders in fact. I'm always looking to see what she has created that is new and have to figure out when I can get one for myself! I LOVE ICJUK!!
